Feasibility Planning
We assess your growth plans and space program and work with an architect to create efficient floor plans that support your budget and optimize functionality and flow.

Design Oversight
We take an integrated approach to ensure the appropriate client stake holders are involved from day-1 in the design process . We guide the architect and engineering design team to be innovative yet reflect the organization’s culture and program. With drawings being issued for estimating at critical intervals, we ensure that the design is affordable and not outsized from the budget.

We oversee the bidding & negotiating, permitting, construction and payment applications to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
